Valuation of the share shall be carried out in line with NRB Directives as follows:
Ordinary Shares: 180 days average trading price or latest closing price, whichever is lower
Promoter Shares: 50% of lower of:
50% of 180 days average trading price of ordinary shares
Latest closing price of promoter share
(whichever is lower)
Mutual Fund: 180 days average trading price or latest closing price or Net Asset Value (NAV); whichever is lower
Loan Tenure: Maximum 1 Year
